1) If you have received your item damaged or defective, please email us at email@example.com for an RA# along with a pre-paid shipping label. Most of the time, we are able to fix the issue with a phone call. For customer support, please contact us at 800-719-7255.
2) If for any reason you would like to return an item that is UNOPENED/UNUSED item, please note there will be a 10% restocking and handling fee. We are unable to take returns for used items, as this is a personal hygiene product.
3) SARIA will not accept returns for any items that were installed and/or used.
